We need to define "vibe-coding" as an enterprise category.

Everyone throws it around but VCs still think it's a toy.

When I hear vibe-coding I think of non-technical founders raising real money for AI-built products.

The origin came from Karpathy talking about embracing the vibes and forgetting code exists.

But the enterprise thesis is different. It's about prompting skills and product vision becoming the scarce resource while technical execution commoditizes.

I firmly believe vibe-coded companies will raise $100M rounds in 2026.

If you can take a non-technical founder with zero coding experience and give them strong prompting skills and product intuition.

They become more valuable than most technical founders.

They're the visionaries and LLMs are their engineering team.

We'll see legit vibe-coded enterprise companies with founders who've never written production code.

Now the question everyone has:

You might think the biggest flaw is security and infrastructure, which is partially right.

But there's a market opportunity for platforms that validate and harden vibe-coded software at scale.

Any founder can use services that audit their codebase, review architecture, enforce policies, scan for vulnerabilities.

You can refine vibe-coded products to enterprise standards.

The saying "I won't trust vibe-coded software" misses the point entirely.

2026 is when vibe-coding becomes a fundable category.
