"Agent-native control" is a problem most people haven't realized yet.

We're used to controls designed for humans:
- Approval flows
- Manual rate limits
- Notifications waiting for a response

All of that breaks down completely when thousands of agents are operating in parallel.

Cloudflare Radar data as of June 2026 confirms it:
57.5% of HTTP requests to web pages now come from bots and automated agents, not humans. Even Cloudflare's own CEO admitted he was caught off guard: he predicted this crossover by 2027. It happened now.

Effective control for agents must be:
→ Machine-speed, not human-speed
→ Deterministic, no room for interpretation
→ On-chain by default, not bolted on as an afterthought

@itachee_x calls these "shadow employees" and like real employees, they need clear rules of engagement from day one.
