Hello everyone, I am appealing to both you and the MSU support team to look into cases like the one in the image below, as it has affected several people in our Brazilian community.
We were all in a voice call when the game came back up from maintenance, everyone was full of anticipation, and it was already 2:00 AM here in our country. This case, along with those of other friends, involves people who claimed [the rewards/items] right after the maintenance. It was a bug that returned with the game, and I highly doubt people's intention was to abuse an exploit. The vast majority of reports here are from people who made the claim on a single character, right after the update went live, without the slightest intention or knowledge of what was happening. In my view, even though the punishment was reduced to a ban until the end of the month, I still don't think it's fair.
For this reason, I am making this post, and I count on everyone's support to bring these cases to the attention of the support team.

E Cuba, Irã, Coreia do Norte, Rússia.
A Polymarket movimenta US$ 10 bilhões por mês.
O filho dele é advisor do Polymarket.
O Brasil baniu. Os EUA regularam. Mesma tecnologia, escolhas opostas.
