@goofbusterss @fordnation Ontario had "zero vigilantism" BECAUSE the sex offender registry isn't public. Parts of it public, sure.. But addresses and names is too much. Some sex offenders are low risk and rehabilitated. Dangerous offenders should have their names blasted, I'll agree with that.
