Tarkov Arena experience so far:
Insanely unbalanced kits, you can literally get 4 guys with tier 2/3 kits against 5 guys with tier 4/5 kits
Insanely loud and obnoxious announcer, literally doesnt let you play the game because you get headaches from it
Bad mmr system, you get matched against fully stacked 5 teams and very different mmrs
Nonsense raiders coming out when flag time is finished

Some ideas for solutions:
And I know that some of them creates more problems, but offer your own solutions so we can have ideas for balancing

Leveling up system for kits is bad, you should be able to chose X amount of different full kits and it should be the same for both teams (competitive) you shouldnt be able to go against 5 stack if you are 2/3 stack or solo.
Raiders shouldnt come out when flag time is finished, instead maybe a circle that closes to the middle or something like that
Crowd and announcer noises should be able to get disabled if you wish

Also release arena for everyone or atleast give exact times when people are getting arena so thay can do their shit in peace.
