Following Christ changes you. Your desires change, your community changes, your very character is changed, to be a reflection of Christ Himself.
If you have not changed you have not followed Christ.

Understand the attack on your life by the enemy is not because of God’s absence, but His presence. The devil knows if he can just take your attention away, you will not realize the how weak he actually is.
The enemy fears the person you’d become with God’s hand on you.

We aren’t perfect, and we don’t have to be perfect for Him. We may not be where we want to be, but do dismiss the fact that we aren’t where we used to be. Choosing Jesus is choosing to not just go with life, but to grow as life goes.

What I desire in 2024

- Use every bit of stored potential in me to build up others
- to fill in more of the blanks of who God loves, and the vastness of His love for me, and all others.
- share that love with others and grow the ministry given to me
- grow in leadership

God taught me many things this past year:

- His love transcends the love of man
- when you seek Him with intention, every bit of fear, anxiety, worry, shame washes away
- Following Jesus goes against current culture and that’s okay.
- community is necessary
