Can someone tell me why I have my phone number on my account and I use my phone number for verification every time I sign in, but when I try to redeem rewards, I'm told I don't have a phone number associated with my account?

*shut down chat logs. Apparently an account you've been using for almost 20 years isn't your account if your sister made it for you when you were young. Apparently they'll just say fuck your items and delete it instead of letting you use it

and when I called the help line number, I was told I would have to send back the entire console ( that I just wasted 5 hours on mind you ) for something that would be as simple as a replacement controller and a voucher.

and I was told BY the help line I could get a controller swapped at the physical store. Only for them to tell me know. and this was before I even found out about the missing bundle perks.
