There'd been a burst pipe and loss of water supply the other week, but it's long since fixed. I get an identical text at 05:36 every morning about it. I don't want to completely unsubscribe from getting text updates though

@KirstyLGibbs87 @AsdaServiceTeam Try Asda on Instagram DM - I messaged them and got a full refund of the amount I was meant to have as colleague discount. I'd only been given 5% off my online shopping when it was supposed to be 15%.

@AsdaServiceTeam Colleague discount for online shopping only took 5% off my shopping instead of 15% for my groceries today. When trying to amend order last night, repeatedly got 'cannot take payment' message. Done all troubleshooting. Now out of pocket and won't get correct items

@virginmedia I am due to receive my new TV 360 box today but have 2 text messages from you about it - am I right in thinking the remote control is sent separately? I do not have a remote control so if it's sent separately, this will be a problem today since I don't have it

@virginmedia I got a text on Fri about the remote and a text and Yodel notification about the box. The Yodel delivery of the box is scheduled for today. No sign of the remote

@virginmedia Yes, it's a V6 box at the moment. If I hadn't changed my delivery of the 360 box to be today instead of yesterday, I would be sitting with a box I can't use because I don't have the remote control yet

@virginmedia I can't work out how to explain my issue about the Hub on the Virgin Media app. I sent them a message on Facebook Messenger but their FB looks quite inactive. Is there a phone number or an IM service? ( I hate talking on the phone). Thanks

@virginmedia The light on my hub has been solid red all weekend but internet/service is fine. It's not particularly hot and have already followed the online troubleshooting steps. It's ten years old, is this it maybe breaking down?

@AsdaServiceTeam my colleague discount card is linked to my Asda Groceries and my George accounts and normally works online, but today I tried to order groceries and a pair of jeans from George and my colleague discount is no longer being taken off?

@ThreeUK Our Three is completely dead, I'm using Virgin Media WiFi to send this. All bills up to date and our phones are fine until 20 mins ago. Cannot make it receive calls, no data, nothing. Glasgow area. Do you know what's gone wrong?

@virginmedia Broadband and TV is affected, wired and WiFi stuff affected. don't know about the phone line because I don't have a phone to plug in to that

@virginmedia my internet has been going off and on for the past hour. Glasgow G21 area. Can you give me any information on the situation? I looked up service status and it says "intermittent service in your area", but nothing saying it'll be fixed?

@virginmedia Yes , just says there's intermittent service for broadband and phone, but no information on what is wrong or if it will be fixed by a certain time 🙁
