and that’s exactly why it’s confusing to see people reduce it to “he chose to leave,” as if it’s that simple. we’ve all acknowledged the ongoing concerns about how they’re being managed—weren’t we calling for fair treatment? so why is the narrative now shifting toward putting the responsibility on him?

even if he agreed to it, that doesn’t mean he had full autonomy in making that decision. he’s still under that fvckass company and that context shouldn’t be ignored. rather than placing the blame on him, it would be MORE REASONABLE to QUESTION THE SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT DECISIONS that could be INFLUENCING THEIR CREATIVE DIRECTION.
