My experience from living in a large city during 2020 was that there was nothing spectacular happening. I was "essential service", so basically a slave, I was to go to work and go home and isolate after work. That is what slaves do. They are locked up in their box when their master puts them away for the night. All of it was a hoax and people died of other causes, and those deaths were then attributed to COVID, to create fear and submission to illogical measures. When someone tells you that your cold will kill you, it can dramatically increase your fear which amplifies the danger. I am sorry that you and your daughter are victims of propaganda.

Think about it from the perspective of a patient. I'll be your example. When consulting with virtual care, which is the only option now, I meet with strangers who pressure me to take a drug. I say no, this results in records, that I can see, stating that I refused treatment. Now over a year later finally discovering that I was right, the drugs they pressured me to take wouldn't have worked and can have associated side effects including dementia and c difficile infection. People cannot trust the system because the system is broken. I'm lucky I'm open minded, and don't shut down just because someone calls me names like conspiracy theorist. It's called discernment. Calling people names and shaming them into following orders doesn't work.
