@Frostbuddy_ Your "customize" option is borderline useless. Nowhere does it suggest an image resolution. Not even in your FAQ?!? Plus the "designer" doesn't wrap so you can't tell how it will look at all. That's a 24" HD image represented here and it should fit a cup just fine.

@lawrenceyang im really disappointed to hear that it uses a USB c port and not thunderbolt. I feel like this cripples the unit in the long run. Just a piece of feedback. Literally the only con in my eyes and was my make our break hang up.

@BestBuy Putting "Please try again" in the notice during checkout on a high demand item is the most ridiculously inept thing you could have done since as it turns out, reloading your browser causes you to LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE IT. How about instead you put "DONT RELOAD
