Told me to wash the area with saline & take Tylenol/ibuprofen & want $120 it’s sad that this a major part of what healthcare is, and why so many people don’t wanna go get check out because it not something extensive you still end up with a bill that doesn’t match the treatment!

The dentist be scamming. I go in for mouth pain they take x-rays. Dentist looks in my mouth lets me know I don’t have any infection my gum is just very inflamed & washes out with saline. At check out they want me to pay $120 for x-rays that were not needed.

Long story short even in pain question your course of treatment because I should’ve told them people to hold off on the x-rays until the dentist check my mouth. I don’t mind paying for actual treatment but that shit is like giving money away.

Mind you the $120 is an estimate because they haven’t sent it to my insurance yet to see if they will cover. I was there last month for a cleaning & wasn’t due for x-rays. insurance only cover a certain amount of x-rays so I could very much have to come out of pocket $387
