As a fun little aside with this I found that one of the batteries was reading 12.9 volts but the other was at 10.8, likely meaning that one had died and the other had worked itself to death trying to pick up the slack

So my PC has been randomly shutting off for a while now so I thought "oh, the ups is likely failing I should replace the batteries" little did I know THE BATTERIES ARE SWOLLEN AND PROBABLY GOING TO EXPLODE
There's a slight bulge on the bottom but looking insides it's... Not good
