@BajaBlast4Eva @kissdemkids @dahotmom Every state has different rules but for my state, if you’re in school you have to submit your student aid report showing your expected family contribution is $0 . Also if your partner is making over the income limit it can deny you as well cause it’s considered shared income.

@Written_OutLoud @kissdemkids @dahotmom Yes, In my state an AU size of 5+ w. Little to no income gets you around $900-$1000. And as for the ABAWDS it’s currently waived but the waivers end soon so yeah if you’re not working 20+ hours a week or in a work program actively looking for employment they’ll be denied.

It sucks because the income limit is kind of low & that’s why people who aren’t working + have kids get way more
