Blessed are they who keep the commandments of God; these are they who love God, for they work according to His purpose (1 John 5:2-4, Revelation 14:12).
Keep the Sabbath holy by staying in place to be still on the seventh day (sundown Friday to sundown Saturday).
To be still, in holy convocation with the Spirit of Creation (Exodus 16:28-30; 35:3, Leviticus 23:3, Psalm 4:4, Matthew 24:20).
The Living Sacrifice
Present your bodies as a living sacrifice unto God in stillness on the seventh day. This is your reasonable service, holy and acceptable unto the Spirit.
*Conform to the instructions of God.* If you conform to anything else, you conform to the world and will find it difficult *to live according to the perfect will of God for you.*
When you conform to the instructions of God, your mind is renewed and you are transformed to live a life according to His perfect will.
โ Romans 12:1-2 KJV

You become โholy unto Godโ by consecrating yourselves through upholding the sign of sanctification and the perpetual covenant given by God.
Keeping the Sabbath day โholyโ by staying in place to observe โthe rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORDโ (Exodus 16:23, 25, 28-30) is how you consecrate yourselves โholy unto God,โ thereby upholding the sign of your sanctification (Exodus 31:13-17; Ezekiel 20:12).

The saved obey Jesus, and the obedient are saved. While the disobedient all together receive a chastening, a much sorer punishment than being stoned to death.
Jesus said: Go, and sin no more.
He taught grace and *saved* the adulterous woman *from being stoned to death for her sin.* She now had to obey Him and *stop committing to any sin* that she could think of. Otherwise, she would suffer the chastening of the Spirit and a much sorer punishment than being stoned to death (1 Corinthians 11:31-32, Hebrews 10:26-31).
You have been given grace and saved from being stoned to death or killed by your fellow man for your sin. However, you still have to follow the law for which His blood was sacrificed to atone for the sins of, as you walk towards eternal life.
If you want to receive eternal life, keep the commandments.
Matthew 19:17b
For as sin hath reigned unto death even so might grace reign through obedience unto eternal life.
Romans 5:21
And so Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and *unto them that look for him* shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
Hebrews 9:28
"They that look for Him" are they that follow His law (Luke 16:17), taking hold of the grace to walk in righteousness, practicing it unto perfection.
Go, and sin no more.
Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that *keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.*
Revelation 14:12 KJV
*The faith of Jesus* is believing in His work of atonement (same job the blood of bulls and goats did, but now more appealing to God), then you receive His Spirit. "The Spirit now causes you to *keep the commandments of God* (Hebrews 10:1-18, Ezekiel 36:27).
And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.
Luke 16:17 KJV
if you want to receive eternal life, keep the commandments.
Matthew 19:17b NLT.
Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honor thy father and mother.

But pray ye that your flight be not... on the sabbath day:
Matthew 24:20 KJV
And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, [30] but he shall receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
Mark 10:29-30 KJV
Jeremiah 17:14-15, 21-23, 27 KJV
*Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved:* for thou art my praise. [15] Behold, they say unto me, *Where is the word of the Lord? let it come now.*
[21] *thus saith the Lord;* Take heed to yourselves, and *bear no burden on the sabbath day,* nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem; [22] *neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day,* neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers. [23] But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction.
[27] But *if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden,* even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will *I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.*
*And they said,* There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.
Jeremiah 18:12 KJV
The biblical definition of love is following instructions. "If you love me, you will follow my instructions" (John 14:15). "For this is the love of God, that we follow His instructions" (1 John 5:3, 2 John 1:6).
*And this is love, that we walk after his commandments.* This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.
2 John 1:6 KJV
*And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.* [4] He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
1 John 2:3-4 KJV
For we fight not against flesh and blood but against evil principalities and rulers of darkness. So we put on our whole armor, which are the perfect, holy, just, and spiritual law and instructions of The One who made heaven and earth (Ephesians 6:10-13 2 Corinthians10:4-6, Romans 7:12, 14). His commandments are not a shadow. However, every adversity will be a shadow when His children open their eyes and take hold of His first instruction to "stay in place on the seventh day" (Isaiah 56:1-2, Exodus 16:4, 28-30, Jeremiah 17:21-27).
Hebrews 4:4-11 KJV
For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. [5] And in this place again, *if they shall enter into my rest.* [6] Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: [7] again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, Today, after so long a time; as it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. [8] For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. [9] *There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.* [10] For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. [11] *Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest,* lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
@grok@TomRiddle88s@EddieJamro84189 The sabbath is not a ceremonial law. The sabbath is the 4th Commandment, and only commandment which we are told to remember. To remember to stay in place and be still.
Jesus fulfills the promise of the law to die and be cut off; as an example of Him fulfilling the law (Exodus 31:14-15, etc). Now, if you come unto Him and fail to follow His instructions for rest, how will you find that rest? (Matthew 11:28)
Jesus as Lord of the Sabbath said: pray that in the last days, your movement is not on the 7th day. This word has to be obeyed.
Let no man judge you on the way you keep the commandments of God (Colossians 2:16-17). Esteem the day according to Godโs estimation, not man's (Romans 14:5-6). For God is the judge, and He will judge according to His righteous law.
Go, and sin no more; means you have to follow the external regulations. As sin is the transgression of the law.
What the new covenant adds is the resurrection and rapture of those that receive His Spirit, to be with Him during the millennial reign.
If you love me, keep my commandments. For this is the love of God that you keep His commandments, and His commandments are not grievous.
The Spirit now causes you to *keep the commandments of God* (Hebrews 10:1-18, Ezekiel 36:27).
The explicit "stay in place" rules (Exodus 16:29, Jeremiah 17:21-23, Isaiah 58:13).
Jesus said to pray that in the last days, you don't have to go anywhere on the Sabbath day (Matthew 24:20). We are still to keep the commandments of God, and the 4th Commandment is one that we were told to remember. If you come to Christ and you fail to keep His instruction for rest, how will you find that rest?
Hebrews 4 uses "sabbatismos/sabbath-keeping" in place of "rest," in the original writing. Jesus, as Lord of the Sabbath is asking you to follow the instructions of which He inside of you is Lord over. And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail (Luke 16:17).
When it comes to faith:
When you pray God gives answers, and His answers come in as instructions and promises. You have to follow the instructions and then wait for the promises (Romans 10:17, Hebrews 11:1).
Having faith is following the instructions of the one you have your faith in. Faith cometh by hearing, and when you hear from God, it comes in as instructions and promises.
you have to follow the instructions and then wait for the promises.
Freedom in Christ is not freedom from the righteous instructions of God. Freedom in Christ is freedom from sin (Romans 6:18-23).
Now, Paul never calls the commandments of God a shadow in Colossians 2:16-17. What he says is not to let men judge your keeping of the commandments of God; which are a shadow of things to come. The shadow of things to come is men judging you. Not the commandments of God. The commandments of God are not a shadow.
The sabbath is the 4th Commandment, and the only commandment that we were told to remember.
The sabbath is actually a perpetual covenant, and a sign of our sanctification (Exodus 31:13-17, Ezekiel 20:12).
Exodus 16:4, 28-30 KJV
Then said the Lord unto Moses, *Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you;* and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, *that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no.*
[28] And the Lord said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to keep my commandments and my laws? [29] *See, for that the Lord hath given you the sabbath,* therefore he giveth you on the sixth day the bread of two days: abide ye every man in his place, *let no man go out of his place on the seventh day.* [30] So the people rested on the seventh day.
*Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.*
Exodus 35:3 KJV
Stand in awe, and *sin not*: commune with your own heart *upon your bed,* and *be still.* Selah.
Psalm 4:4 KJV
And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; *and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.*
Luke 23:56 KJV
For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. [5] *And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.* [6] Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: [7] *again, he limiteth a certain day,* saying in David, Today, after so long a time; as it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. [11] *Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.* [12] For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

{Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Mark 12:29-33}
One with God (Echadim)
{John 17:21-23}
Deuteronomy 6:4-9 KJV
Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord: [5] and thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. [6] And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: [7] and thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. [8] And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. [9] And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.
And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: [30] and thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. [31] And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. [32] And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he: [33] and to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbor as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
Mark 12:29-33 KJV
[Leviticus 19:17-18)
These are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
*The faith of Jesus* is believing in His work of atonement (same job the blood of bulls and goats did, but now more appealing to God), then you receive His Spirit. The Spirit now causes you to *keep the commandments of God* (Ezekiel 36:27).
Well, Jesus answered in an effort to teach grace. "Turn the other cheek, and leave vengeance for God." For the LORD shall judge His people, and it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God" (Hebrews 10:30-31).
Go, and sin no more.
But this is also in the law, when it comes to atonement for sin. Jesus' blood brought you grace to not get stoned or killed by your fellow man for your sin and to permanently replace the blood of bulls and goats for the atonement of sin.
And the Spirit does this
And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
Ezekiel 36:27 KJV
When you see the sequence and the flow of these scriptures below, taking note of the topic of kingdom of priests and the timing of the events in regards to the remainder of the instructions given by God to His people, there is no way that the instruction of the Sabbath unto the LORD: to stay in place on the seventh day should be a question in our obedience to the instructions of God. Anybody that says anything else is speaking against the words of Jesus when He gave instructions regarding the sabbath. It might seem that Jesus was doing something contrary to the instructions of "the Sabbath unto the LORD", but it was because that was what He was born into. And if He had to change it, which He didn't, He would have to reference these scriptures, as He always did. Like in Luke 24:27 KJV: *And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.*
Exodus 16:4, 28-30 KJV
Then said the Lord unto Moses, Behold, *I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people* shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, *that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no.*
Now therefore, *if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: [6] and ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation.* These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
Exodus 19:5-6 KJV

Exodus 20:8 KJV

Exodus 35:3 KJV
*Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them.*

Matthew 7:12-14, 21-24, 26-27
Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men [and God] should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. [13] Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: [14] because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
[21] Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. [22] Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? [23] And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. [24] Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
[26] And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: [27] and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
