@Bobbythirdway I heard this about welding in 2016. Went to trade school, got into a shipyard. The "top" welders were making $21/hr. Never see a welder over the age of 45 unless they are an instructor. All burned out in mid 30s.

Got out myself after just 1 year and all the bullshit.
