And I need redress. @AirtelNigeria has refused to honour their contractual obligation & responsibilities. All my efforts to get a solution have been ignored. I've made all reasonable efforts to get you to have this resolved, I've called and spoken with a customer care agent, i've sent an email to your support mail, i've sent DMs here with no response.

Your installer is giving me two options, I either pay him ₦12k so he can "come as an Airtel staff and do the installation" or I pay him 5k so he sends "someone I use to send" to come do the installation.
