@British_Airways i have been on the phone for over an hour. Spoken to 4 people to try pay for a holiday, deadline tomorrow. Where the online page just tells me about a (known) cancelled flight and to phone. Said holiday is cancelled tomorrow if I do not pay

the issue comes if you move from Documents Recieved, to Processed, not approved. that means you join the queue of people waiting for a human to look at it.

Try putting the barcode number into the Hermes tracker? I’m sure I’ve had similar solution before 🤞🏼
