If you were ever a true "APY hunter" in DeFi, what have you realized? When 👇
Every week, a new protocol is launched, APY skyrockets by 50-100%, and money flows in rapidly. After making a deposit and wait for the profits. But just after 2-3 weeks, the yield plummets uncontrollably, liquidity is completely withdrawn, and the opportunity disappears. This cycle repeats endlessly.
Have you ever wondered: "Why are most DeFi strategies not sustainable?" And the real question is not "what is the highest yield?" but rather "what truly lasts over time?"
Today I want to share what I have learned about sustainable yield – yield sustainably. @ConcreteXYZ
---------
✔️What does sustainable yield mean?
For me, sustainable yield is a profit that can be maintained steadily over time, not entirely dependent on incentives, and still performs well whether in a bull or bear market. It's not the most impressive number today, but the reliable number for tomorrow, next month, or even next year. Durability is more important than peak performance.
✔️Real yield vs Temporary yield
I realize that not all yields are the same
Real yield comes from real economic activities: trading fees, lending interest, arbitrage. This is the money others pay to use your assets.
Temporary yield mainly from emissions/incentives – the protocol issues free tokens to attract capital.
I once deposited money into a farm with an APY of 120% thanks to emissions. Two weeks later, the token dumped 70%, and the yield dropped to 8%. That is a temporary yield. On the contrary, the yield from lending stablecoins on pools with real volume is much more stable, even tho the initial numbers are not "wow"
✔️How do liquidity and market conditions affect it?
Sustainability also heavily depends on liquidity depth, user activity, market volatility, and demand for that strategy.
Many strategies only survive in a bull market, when volatility is low and liquidity is abundant. Once the market changes, slippage increases, liquidity thins out, and the strategy quickly becomes ineffective.
I once encountered a situation: a high APY pool, but when the price fluctuated sharply, I couldn't withdraw in time due to low liquidity, ultimately suffering an impermanent loss.
✔️Risk and cost – things often overlooked
On paper, the strategy looks good, but in reality, there are execution costs, rebalancing, slippage, and changing correlations.
These things erode profits over time. I once recalculated a strategy with a 35% APY: after deducting gas fees, slippage, and impermanent loss, the net return was only about 11%.
That's when I understood why many people "make profits on the dashboard, but losses in their wallets"
✔️Concrete Vaults is making a difference
This is where Concrete Vaults demonstrates its value. They are designed to prioritize sustainable yield over peak yield.
Vaults automatically diversify strategies, manage onchain capital, adapt to market conditions, and significantly reduce reliance on short-term incentives.
The Allocator automatically allocates capital, the Strategy Manager controls the scope of safe strategies, and the Hook Manager enforces risk – all of which help me achieve true managed DeFi, no longer having to guess and chase on my own.
✔️Real-life example: Concrete DeFi USDT
I'm using Concrete DeFi USDT as the clearest example. This vault offers ~8.5% stable yield (plus Concrete Points). Looking at the numbers, it's not as "impressive" as farm emissions, but it is sustainable thru various market phases.
Stability helps with steady compounding, not getting wiped out when volatility increases, and attracting long-term capital instead of liquidity mercenaries.
Compared to places with 30-40% APY that only last for 10 days, this sustainable 8.5% actually provides much higher real returns.
✔️DeFi Will Change When Sustainability Matters More Than Peak Yield
In summary, from my experience, DeFi is shifting from short-term yield chasing to long-term capital strategies. Sustainability will be more important than peak returns, and infrastructure will win over incentives.
DeFi vaults that focus on risk-adjusted yield and durable strategies will be where on-chain capital turns to in the future.
That's why I chose Concrete Vaults and feel much more at ease.

Antboy is a symbol of "execution" rather than "promise" @NeoSoulAI
The most impressive quote that stood out to me: “He doesn’t care what your agent says it can do. He only cares what it can execute.”
Antboy doesn't care how strong the agent claims to be. Just concerned about what the agent has actually accomplished in reality. This is exactly how NeoSoul wants to filter agents: not based on marketing or beautiful demos, but based on verifiable results.

In my opinion, Antboy appeared at the right time and in the right place within the entire system:
• Agent School is where agents are placed in a challenging environment to build their track record.
• Skill Market measures which skills truly help agents improve their performance.
• Proving Grounds (where Antboy stands) is the final filter before the agent is assigned roles and given authority.
Antboy plays the role of the "execution evaluator." Only agents who prove their capabilities will be assigned to the appropriate positions.
🔱The significance of clear role assignment: Worker – Strategist – Trader
NeoSoul is not building a "super agent that can do everything." They are building an economy with a division of labor:
• Worker: Execute tasks steadily and continuously.
• Strategist: Analyze, plan, and set the direction.
• Trader: Makes risky decisions, has skin in the game.
This is a very practical approach. An agent-based economy that wants to operate in the long term cannot rely on a few "super agents," but must have a clearly specialized system.
🔱Personal opinion
I see NeoSoul is transitioning from the stage of "building smart agents" to the stage of "building an orderly and responsible agent economy." Antboy is a clear sign of this transition:
• From hype → execution
• From words → results
• From demo → real performance
If they maintain this spirit, NeoSoul's agent economy will not only remain a beautiful theory but also have the opportunity to become a system that truly operates in reality.

EvoEvo – the first evolutionary training ground for AI Agent @NeoSoulAI
1⃣ AI agents now not only need to "answer well" but also prove that they improve over time.
Most current AI: train once → deploy → use forever. No one monitors whether it is getting better or worse.
@NeoSoulAI posed the counter-question: if the agent had to live in the real world, facing real consequences, could it improve on its own?
2⃣ The first product to answer that question is EvoEvo (https://t.co/Kif6Ncv8GT). They call it "the first real-world evolution training ground for AI agents."
Not a chatbot for casual chatting. This is an environment that forces agents to make decisions with consequences, which can be verified as right/wrong.
3⃣ The mechanism operates in 3 steps:
① The agent makes a prediction about a real event.
② The agent explains the reason for the prediction.
③ The agent assigns a confidence score — a level of confidence in its own judgement.
This is a significant difference: the agent does not just answer, but must "take responsibility" for the answer.
4⃣ When the actual event is confirmed, the system feeds the results back to the agent.
The agent uses that feedback to:
• Adjust the information selection process
• Reconsider the weighting of data sources
• Consolidate (or eliminate) the inference framework used
In other words: the agent does not "start from scratch," but continuously calibrates itself based on its own mistakes/correctness.
5⃣ You are not on the sidelines of this game. You are the "coach":
• Read the agent's reasoning
• Decide which arguments are worth keeping and which should be discarded
• When the real results appear, let's evaluate the accuracy together.
No need to know code or have a deep understanding of AI — the process is designed for anyone to participate.
6⃣ The key point that makes EvoEvo different from other "predictive AIs": all important predictions and the agent's performance history are recorded on-chain.
→ Cannot be edited, cannot be deleted, cannot be "forgotten."
→ Anyone can look it up: how accurate was this agent three months ago, and has their reasoning improved over time?
This is exactly what traditional AI lacks: a transparent, verifiable track record.
7⃣ Why is this more important than it sounds "cool"?
NeoSoul argues: the AI race is shifting from "creating good content" to "agents that can self-improve, reducing dependence on human supervision." That is the condition for an agent to be trusted with more complex tasks (finance, trading, automated decision-making).
An agent without a track record is not trusted with important tasks. EvoEvo creates that very track record.
8⃣ Technically, the platform does not require you to build an agent from scratch; you can plug in existing agents (supporting OpenClaw, Hermes) into this playground, giving them a "battlefield" to train and score points.
9⃣ NeoSoul is building within the 0G ecosystem as well as BNBChain — a hub for AI × Web3 projects focusing on on-chain agents, AI-native prediction markets, and decentralised AI networks.
The bigger picture: marketplaces like OKX AI for agents "wallets for trading" while NeoSoul for agents "reliability & evolution capability" so they deserve to be hired, to be trusted.
🔟 EvoEvo doesn't sell you a "ready-made smart AI." It sells a loop: prediction → explanation → scoring → real feedback → evolution and records the entire process on-chain so no one has to blindly trust what the agent says.
That's how NeoSoul defines "AI Agent Evolution" @Hansmahanakon
Ngày hạ ấm áp làm mình nhớ đến những trời đông
Đi qua bao mùa đều để lại những khoảnh khắc miên man.
Ngày bình yên, đêm bình yên🙏
Chúc cả nhà yên lành😽
I'm really impressed with NeoSoul's World Cup results.
Top agent 166/172 was correct, the entire system of 28,000 agents achieved 82% accuracy, with over 1,000 agents undefeated.
The best part is they run many agents in parallel and use the actual outcomes for feedback and continuous improvement. After the test run, real positions next – I'm very curious to see if there are actual in-game skins 🔥
