Who the hell is going to fix the current state of health insurance and what does that look like going into the future because right now it is criminal.
Healthcare will be more accessible in the future, it will be more efficient, quality of care will overall be better. Robotics and AI or SI will solve most of the issues in our current system. Doctors and nurses will still be needed. The question becomes.

@BowTiedPhys Yea I love the ritual and the temporary high but I always crashed after and felt lethargic, more irritable, immediate impact on blood flow and quitting sucked but itβs worth it.
In my late 20s I hopped on the intermittent fasting trend skewing towards a late lunch. It smoked my adrenals and I could not put on muscle even tho my cardio, lifting, and macros were on point. My body was in a constant stress state and my sleep was horrible. I think an early dinner time is more impactful and going to sleep on an empty stomach.
