I was eating watermelon with the kids at work today and the little Japanese boy said (in English) โIsabella, are you yummy?โ. I think thatโs a perfect example of the dangers of assuming the topic of a Japanese sentence will be the subject in English ๐ฅบ๐
@lucienswrld I rarely studied for exams tbh.. I would listen to the actual lectures during classes and just utilise stock knowledge after that. I personally find that reviewing before exams just confused me and jumbled up what information was important or not. Worked for me lmao

Not study-related but it's my birthday on the 10th and so I went out today and bought myself new books. I've been wanting to dive more into classics so, I got 2 new classics today and a Murakami book a friend recommended me really excited to get into these soon!
