@tshade5 Rezoning is the way to make them spawn again. They seem to be rarer than normal outbreaks, it seems. At least in my case it took me almost 30 minutes for the game to finally spawn one
A Spaniard (me) explains all the cultural references of the new Pokemon game set in Spain.

@woongromi Was the outbreak a part of the massive mass outbreaks? If so, massive mass outbreaks have an even higher chance of spawning shinies. I believe it’s around 1/300
@RigherGo Been on and off testing for four hours, and not once have I found a shiny on an outbreak marked with a star. I have however found other shinies in outbreaks without the star icon.
@ResidentPanther High chance of it spawning a final evo or an alpha wave. Say, if you get a Teddiursa outbreak with a star, you have a chance of it spawning Ursaluna or alpha Teddiursa once you’ve caught/fought/chased the initial wave of Teddiursa
Prediction: 4-minute montage of Pokémon throughout the years, 8 minutes dedicated to mobile games (GO, Unite, Sleep), and in the last two minutes they’ll reveal a teaser for Detective Pikachu 2.
@Kyteau You’ll eventually find a shiny if you run around a map and check the Pokémon spawns. It’s a 1/4094 chance, and if you actively complete Pokédex entries, you’ll get extra rolls for an even higher chance of finding a shiny.
@OGStLouis @SpectralAurora_ I’m glad to hear your neurodivergent sister estranged themselves from their family. Don’t want them hanging around your kind and getting harmed.
