Day 24 - Road to $100K/Day
Day 24.
Today I want to start again with the US store.
The day ended in profit.
I’ve been running a campaign at around $500 per day for the last couple of days, although honestly, I’m still not getting the level of profitability I’d like to see with that amount of spend.
Today was a good day in that sense, but the previous days were not as strong, and some of them ended pretty poorly.
And I think I know a big part of the reason why.
Over the last few weeks, I haven’t been able to give this store all the time and attention it needs.
Since I’m running multiple stores at the same time, it’s still been a bit difficult for me to fully centralize my focus in one direction.
On top of that, I’ve had some personal matters that forced me to spend several days away from home and away from my computer, so clearly my level of execution hasn’t been where it should be.
I’d rather not go too deep into those personal matters.
The important thing is that, in theory, this upcoming week I’ll finally be able to be 100% focused on the business again.
And I need to take advantage of that.
On the Spanish-speaking side, I currently have a much bigger problem.
My main store is barely profitable.
In fact, it’s eating up a large portion of the profit being generated by the other stores.
And this is especially concerning because it’s also the store where I’m spending the most money on Ads.
Right now, I’m investing a significant amount of money every day in advertising, and the return I’m getting compared to that spend is way too low.
So clearly, something needs to change.
There’s no point in increasing volume if there’s almost no margin behind that volume.
That’s why tomorrow, Sunday, I want to do something I feel I should have done several days ago:
sit down and plan the entire upcoming week in detail.
I want to review the business from top to bottom.
Product by product.
Campaign by campaign.
Market by market.
Creatives, conversion rate, AOV, ad spend, margins, operations, and everything else.
The goal is to identify exactly where the bottleneck is, which part of the business is consuming more resources than it should, and where I actually need to put my time and energy.
Because right now, I feel like the problem isn’t just about working more.
It’s about working with more direction.
I can stay busy all day, but if I’m not attacking the right bottleneck, I’m not really moving forward at the pace I want.
So tomorrow is about organizing everything.
And starting Monday, executing.
Day 24 completed.
Time to keep putting in the work.
Day 20 - Road to $100K/Day
Today I can say pretty confidently that this was the worst day I’ve had so far with the US store.
I ended the day quite heavily in the red.
And honestly, I knew something like this was going to happen sooner or later.
Over the last few days, I haven’t refreshed enough creatives or kept feeding the campaigns with new ads at the pace I probably should have.
I’m not saying that as an excuse.
A big part of my time lately has been going into studying and improving my knowledge of E-commerce, watching different courses and going deeper into areas that I feel I still need to understand much better.
On top of that, I’ve also been spending a lot of time improving the backend of the business, internal processes, tools, and the way my team operates.
All of that matters.
But there’s also a reality: if I stop paying enough attention to the front end of the business, eventually the results are going to reflect that.
And today was one of those days.
In fact, it wasn’t just the US store.
Overall, it was a bad day across pretty much all of my stores.
I still haven’t calculated the exact consolidated result for the entire business, so I don’t know if I ended slightly around break-even, a little profitable, or fully negative.
But based on how the day looked, my feeling is that I probably ended up losing money overall.
And well… that’s part of the game.
Anyone can have a bad day.
The problem isn’t having one bad day.
The problem would be letting that turn into several bad days in a row and doing nothing to fix it.
I know that in this business there are going to be days where things simply don’t go the way you expect, even if the previous days were good.
What matters now is understanding what went wrong, getting back to executing, and not reacting emotionally to a single bad day.
And with that, Day 20 is complete.
There’s only about one third of October left.
Time is moving extremely fast.
And that’s exactly why every day starts to matter even more.
Time to keep going.
Day 18 - Road to $100K/Day
Today I want to start once again with the US store.
Things are looking pretty similar to the previous few days, mainly because the CPC is still much higher than what I’m used to.
Right now, I’m paying around $2.50 per click.
Honestly, I still don’t know if that level of CPC is relatively normal in the US market or if I have a lot of room to optimize it, but it’s definitely one of the main metrics I want to improve right now.
Because on the other hand, the store is converting really well.
As you can see in the screenshot, today I had a CVR of around 6.4%, and there were actually 14 orders, not 13 like Shopify is showing.
And yes, the store is still profitable.
But with a 6.4% conversion rate, I’d like to be making a lot more profit than I currently am.
The issue is still the same: traffic is too expensive.
So one of my main goals now is to bring that CPC down.
That’s actually one of the reasons I’m studying a course that I feel can help me a lot with understanding avatars, sub-avatars, angles, and messaging much better.
I think that if I can understand exactly who I’m speaking to and create ads specifically for those different profiles, I can improve acquisition efficiency quite a bit.
I’m also planning to start testing new ad formats soon, especially Drama Song Ads.
It’s a style I’ve been seeing a lot lately, and honestly, I feel like it has a lot of potential.
I think it could be a strong addition to this store, so I want to start testing it as soon as possible.
Another important point is that I’ve also been holding back a bit when it comes to scaling more aggressively.
Not because I don’t want to, but mainly because of stock.
I’m already talking with the factory about producing a much larger quantity so that if we do manage to scale hard, inventory doesn’t become the bottleneck.
So for now, the goal is to keep optimizing while I prepare the infrastructure to scale more comfortably.
On the Spanish-speaking side, both stores ended the day profitable.
Store 1 performed better than Store 2, but as I’ve mentioned before, both are basically the same business, just running on two separate Shopify stores.
My plan is to finally start migrating Store 1 into Store 2 this week, so I can operate under one structure and concentrate everything there.
And with that, Day 18 is complete.
Tomorrow starts a new week.
Keep learning, keep optimizing, and get everything ready to scale.
Day 18 completed. We keep going.
Day 16 - Road to $100K/Day
Today I want to start by talking directly about the US store.
As you can see, I ended the day with 11 sales and a CVR of around 5.6%.
At first glance, that sounds pretty good.
Sessions were also up by almost 95%.
And why did more people visit the store?
Because I increased the budget.
So far, that all makes sense.
The problem is somewhere else.
Over the last few days, for some reason, my CPC has started increasing quite a bit, meaning I’m paying more for every person who clicks through to the store.
And that’s where things start getting interesting.
A few days ago, with a CVR around this level, the store was very profitable.
Today, with a 5.6% conversion rate, I ended up basically at break-even.
And honestly, that was a bit shocking to me.
I’m not used to seeing such a high conversion rate and still not making money.
In almost any other situation, a 5.6% CVR would look amazing.
But in the US market, if the traffic becomes too expensive, it simply isn’t enough.
And I think this shows how complex this market can be.
It’s not enough to just have a store that converts well.
You also need to acquire that traffic at a cost that makes sense.
If CPC gets too high, you can have a great conversion rate and still end up with no margin.
So that’s something I need to keep working on.
I’m adding more creatives to the campaign, testing new ads, and at the same time continuing to increase the budget gradually.
For now, though, I’m not going to lower the budget or make any aggressive changes.
Today I ended around break-even mainly because CPC was high, but that doesn’t mean tomorrow will look exactly the same.
Maybe CPC stabilizes and drops closer to where it was a few days ago.
And if I can maintain this 5.6% CVR while CPC comes back down, the situation changes completely.
I could become profitable again, but this time with the campaign running at a much higher budget.
So for now, the decision is simple:
Don’t overreact. Keep collecting data.
Tomorrow we’ll see how it performs.
As for the Spanish-speaking stores, they were profitable today.
I haven’t been giving them as much attention as I probably should over the last few days, but they’re still performing.
Even so, I know my goal is much bigger than simply ending the day with 50 or 60 orders.
There’s still a very long way to go.
But as always…
Step by step.
Day 16 completed. We keep going.
Day 15 - Road to $100K/Day
First of all, it’s been around three days since I last posted an update.
Like I mentioned in my previous post, I was away from home for a few days, and it became much harder to work normally and stay as focused on the business as I usually am.
And honestly, that ended up showing in the results.
The screenshots I’m sharing are from today, but overall, the last few days haven’t been good, especially for Spanish-speaking Store 2.
The US store also ended today basically at break-even, so it wasn’t a great day there either.
But now I’m back.
And from here, the goal is simple: don’t stop.
One of the main things I want to handle this week is finally simplifying the structure of my Spanish-speaking stores.
Right now, Store 1 and Store 2 are basically the same business, but running on two separate Shopify stores. I originally had to do this because of some internal issues, but now it’s time to simplify everything.
My plan is to fully migrate Store 1 into Store 2 and keep just one main store for the Spanish-speaking market.
I want to stop splitting attention, operations, and energy between two Shopify stores that are essentially part of the same business, and start giving my full focus to one single structure.
Regarding the US store, the previous days have mostly been profitable or, at worst, around break-even.
Today was one of the weaker days, but I’ve already started making new moves.
I increased the budget on the main campaign and also added new static ads, which is something I hadn’t really tested seriously on this store yet.
Now it’s time to see how they perform over the next few days.
My goal is to work with much more focus throughout the rest of this week, start scaling more aggressively where it makes sense, and try to make the most out of what’s left of Q4.
There’s also something important I still need to do: keep studying.
I have several hours of courses that I want to go through properly, but I still haven’t had the time to sit down and really analyze them the way I should.
My plan is to spend a good amount of time on that this weekend so I can start Monday with new ideas, new knowledge, and most importantly, new instructions for my editors.
Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of animated, music-driven ad formats that seem to be getting a lot of attention.
I haven’t really started testing this style yet, but I feel like there’s a lot of potential there and some of these ads are clearly very viral.
So I want to understand exactly how they’re built, what structure they use, and how I can adapt them to my own products so I can start testing them as soon as possible.
At the end of the day, these last few days made one thing very clear to me.
My business is not yet at a stage where I can disappear for several days and expect everything to keep running perfectly on its own.
It still needs a lot of attention.
It needs constant optimization, new creatives, decisions, follow-up, and execution.
And these days where I wasn’t as involved clearly proved that.
But that’s already in the past.
There’s no point in overthinking a few bad days.
Now it’s time to refocus, work, and keep improving.
We’re already around the middle of October.
Day 15 completed.
There’s still another half of the month left.
Now it’s time to finish it much better than we started it.
Day 11 - Road to $100K/Day
Today, the Spanish-speaking stores had a pretty good day.
That said, it’s also worth mentioning that it was Sunday and, at least in my case, Sundays are usually some of the best days of the week. So it was a good result, but I also don’t want to draw conclusions too quickly just because of that.
On the US store side, it ended the day profitable once again.
The AOV also increased quite a bit today, although this time it wasn’t because I made any specific change during the day. Customers simply bought more, took more upsells, accepted more post-purchase offers, and overall spent more per order.
So that’s definitely a good sign.
Even so, we’re still far away.
Very far from the goal.
And that’s exactly why I need to keep working.
Today I also spent time going through a course to keep improving my knowledge, while at the same time continuing to work on the backend of the stores and some of the operational side of the business.
This week I’ll also have to be away from home for a couple of days, so I spent some time preparing everything so I can work comfortably from my second computer and avoid losing momentum.
Over the next few days, I’ll probably put a bit more focus on learning and fully absorbing the course I’m currently watching.
But the goal isn’t to learn just for the sake of learning.
The goal is to apply what I learn as quickly as possible.
We’re deep into Q4 now, and every week starts to matter more.
I know I’m pretty late on some of these things, and ideally a lot of this should have been prepared earlier, but this is where I am now.
So there’s only one thing to do.
Learn, apply, and execute.
Tomorrow starts a new week.
Step by step. We keep going.
Day 10 - Road to $100K/Day
Today I spent most of my time working on the backend of my business using Claude Code.
For those who don’t know, I have my own internal app where I manage a big part of the business operations, and today I focused on improving it specifically for the customer support side.
Before trying to scale much more aggressively, I want to make sure the operation behind the business is actually ready to handle that growth.
Right now, part of the work done by the person handling customer support is still very manual and outdated. So with this new implementation, my goal is to make the whole process much simpler, faster, more organized, and more efficient for her.
The idea is simple: if I want to scale sales, I also need to scale the infrastructure behind them.
That was the main thing I worked on today.
Even so, if I look back at the day honestly, it was a pretty calm day and I feel like I could have done more.
And that’s actually one of the reasons I’m documenting this Q4.
I don’t just want to show results. I also want to use this profile to review what I did every day, analyze whether I’m really making the most of my time, and force myself to identify where I can improve.
And today, I feel like I could have pushed harder.
As for the stores, it also wasn’t the kind of day I would have liked.
On the US store, Shopify is showing 7 sales, but there were actually 9. For some reason, I’m still seeing some tracking discrepancies and Shopify isn’t reflecting every order correctly.
I also made a decision regarding the Native Ads.
I turned that campaign off.
I had put those ads together pretty quickly just to start testing the format, and honestly, they weren’t built at the level they should have been.
After a few days of collecting data, they were generating very few sales and the profitability simply wasn’t where I wanted it to be.
So for now, I decided to stop them.
I’m going to keep focusing on the main Meta campaign, which is currently a CBO and is still responsible for basically all the sales coming from this store.
I may come back to Native Ads later, but next time I want to put much more thought into the creatives, angles, and structure before spending money on them again.
So overall, this is the main reflection I’m taking from today:
if I want different results, I need to raise my level of execution.
I know I can demand more from myself.
I can’t expect to reach the results I want by doing exactly what I’m doing right now.
So it’s time to improve.
More focus, more execution, fewer excuses.
Another day completed.
Day 10. We keep going.
Day 9 - Road to $100K/Day
Yesterday, October 8th, I didn’t post an update because I wasn’t home, so today I’m going to summarize what happened between yesterday and today.
Regarding the US store, yesterday the Native Ads campaigns were running.
The results honestly weren’t good.
The campaign spent around $90 and generated only 1 sale, so it was nowhere near profitable.
Even so, I decided not to turn it off and let it keep running today to gather a bit more data.
And today, pretty much the same thing happened.
Another approximately $90 in spend for only 1 sale.
I’m not an expert in Native Ads, so now I need to properly analyze how I want to continue with this campaign and what I should change. For now, I decided to leave it running for one more day to see how it behaves tomorrow before making a final decision.
On the other hand, my regular Meta campaign performed well again.
It continues to be profitable almost every day.
That said, there’s one important issue I need to solve.
Around two days ago, I added several new videos to the campaign, but Meta is barely allocating any spend to them.
The ad that continues to receive almost all the budget and generate nearly all the sales is still the same winning creative.
So I need to figure out a better way to introduce new ads and actually get Meta to test them.
Honestly, I feel like I need to dedicate much more time to this store.
It keeps showing strong signs and, considering we’re already in Q4 and the biggest dates of the year are getting closer, I think this store could produce very interesting results if I give it the attention it really deserves.
Now, moving on to my Spanish-speaking stores…
Yesterday was a pretty bad day.
Across all my stores combined, I basically ended the day at break-even, after spending around $2,000–$3,000 on Ads.
And spending that amount just to end up with almost no profit is obviously not the result I’m looking for.
Luckily, things improved today.
I became profitable again across the stores, but I also made a change that I think could help improve performance over the next few days.
For some context, I have my own internal app that I use to manage a large part of my team and business operations.
Today I worked specifically on improving the profitability analysis section.
The goal is to get a much clearer view of how much I’m spending by product, country, and market, and to understand much more precisely what is actually profitable and what isn’t.
This is especially important because my stores have multiple products, and I’m selling across different countries at the same time.
When you have that many campaigns, products, and markets running at once, it’s very easy to look only at the overall store performance and miss the fact that certain products may be losing money while others are covering those losses.
And that’s exactly what I found today.
I identified some products that were clearly unprofitable in certain markets.
So I decided to turn those campaigns off.
Hopefully, this helps clean up the spend and improve overall profitability over the next few days.
At the end of the day, it’s not always just about selling more.
You also need to know exactly where you’re making money and where you’re losing it.
We keep adjusting, learning, and pushing forward.
Day 9 completed.
Q4 keeps moving, and it’s time to keep executing.
Day 7 - Road to $100K/Day
Today was a bad day for my main stores, both of which are focused on Spanish-speaking markets.
But that’s part of the business.
I didn’t turn off any campaigns, I didn’t lower budgets, and I didn’t make any impulsive changes. I left everything exactly as it was, and tomorrow we’ll see how things respond.
One bad day doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong, so I’d rather stay calm and keep looking at the data.
Now, regarding the US store…
Here’s today’s screenshot.
There were actually 5 sales, although for some reason Shopify is only showing 4. I’m not sure if it’s a tracking issue or just a delay in the data, but the real number was five.
As you already know, this store has been quite profitable over the last few days.
The number of orders is still low, of course, but the important thing is that the profitability is there.
And something interesting happened today.
Even though I only got 5 sales, I generated almost the same revenue as yesterday, when I got 8 sales.
Why?
The upsells are starting to work.
Both the cart upsell and the post-purchase upsell are helping increase the AOV, which was exactly the goal when I added them.
So that’s a very good sign.
I also started making a few more moves with this store today.
I added new ads to the campaigns and also started testing native ads.
For now, the native ads are pretty simple. The main goal is just to start collecting data and see how this type of creative performs with the product.
I’m curious to see how they behave, and honestly, I’m pretty excited to check the results tomorrow.
This store is still showing good signs, but now it’s time to keep feeding the campaigns with more creatives, continue increasing AOV, and see how far we can take it.
Another day completed.
Tomorrow, we keep going.
Day 6 - Road to $100K/Day
Something interesting happened today with the US store.
Normally, when I wake up in the morning, this store already has at least 3 or 4 orders. That has become pretty normal over the last few days.
But today was different.
I woke up, checked the store, and there were 0 orders.
Obviously, my first reaction was to worry. After several days of seeing pretty stable results, waking up to zero sales naturally makes you start questioning things.
But from experience, I know this happens.
There are days when sales simply come in later, and I think one of the easiest mistakes to make in Ecom is reacting emotionally to just a few bad hours.
So I didn’t panic.
I didn’t turn off the campaigns, I didn’t lower budgets, and I didn’t make any changes.
I simply let the campaigns keep running and continued working on other parts of the store.
And as you can see in the screenshot, by the end of the day, the results were good. It basically ended up being a normal day for this store.
I think that’s actually the main lesson from today.
If you already have several days of stable and profitable data, waking up one day with zero orders doesn’t mean you should immediately start turning campaigns off or changing everything.
Volatility is normal.
Someone else might have seen those zero orders, panicked, and turned off the campaign. I felt that initial fear too, but I tried to look at it with a clear head, trust the data I already had, and avoid making an emotional decision.
And the sales ended up coming in throughout the day on their own.
At this point, I can say that this US store has been profitable pretty much every day.
And the best part is that I’m still running almost the same campaigns and ads I launched several days ago. I haven’t even seriously started introducing new creatives yet.
So I think it’s time to start doing exactly that: add new ads and begin scaling more aggressively.
I also started implementing Klaviyo today and setting up the email marketing side of the business, which should help improve the store even further and make better use of the traffic we’re already generating.
As for the Spanish-speaking stores, they’ve also remained pretty stable over the last few days.
On the second store, I did lower the budget on a few campaigns, so naturally the number of orders dropped, but at the same time, the conversion rate improved.
So everything is looking good on that side as well.
Another day completed.
The main takeaway for me today is this:
Don’t make emotional decisions based on a few bad hours of data. Look at the bigger picture, trust the information you already have, and make decisions with a clear head.
Tomorrow, we keep working.
Day 6 completed. We keep going.
Day 5 - Road to $100K/Day
This is how today, Monday, ended.
Regarding the US store, the campaign performed pretty well again. Today I got 7 sales, although for some reason the campaigns didn’t end up spending their full available budget.
Even considering that, closing the day with 7 sales and a CVR close to 6 is a really strong result. The store was quite profitable, so overall, it was another good day.
I also made a few important improvements to the store today.
I added upsells both in the cart and post-purchase. The post-purchase setup is still pretty basic for now, but at least it’s already live and can start generating some extra sales.
The goal is simple: keep increasing the store’s AOV and get more value out of every customer we’re already acquiring.
So far, this US store continues to look very promising, and honestly, I’m liking what I’m seeing more and more each day.
The only thing I feel is that I’m still not giving it as much focus as I probably should.
Over the last few days, I’ve been working on too many things at once, all related to Ecom, and sometimes it genuinely feels like there just aren’t enough hours in the day to do everything I want to do.
But I also can’t allow that to become an excuse.
I have very strong metrics right in front of me and, based on my experience, I feel like they’re almost screaming at me to keep pushing, optimizing, and finding ways to scale.
So I need to take advantage of it.
On the other hand, the Spanish-speaking stores had another profitable day, just like they’ve been having over the last few days.
Everything is still working, but I still feel like the results could be much, much better.
There’s still a lot to improve.
Creatives, offer, conversion rate, AOV, acquisition, retention… almost every area still has room for optimization.
And that applies across every store and every market.
But one thing at a time.
Step by step.
Tomorrow is a new day, and it’s time to keep executing.
Day 5 completed. We keep going.
Day 4 - Road to $100K/Day
When it comes to my Spanish-speaking stores, things have been pretty stable over the last few days.
I’m still spending a lot on ads and, although the stores are profitable, the profitability still isn’t where I want it to be. So this week I want to put much more focus into analyzing every area of the business and figuring out what I can keep optimizing to make them even more profitable.
That’s going to be one of my main focuses over the next few days.
Now, regarding the US store…
Yesterday, October 3rd, I didn’t get a chance to write my Day 3 update, so I’ll quickly summarize it here.
The store ended the day around break-even or slightly negative. I got 5 sales, but I had also increased the budget quite aggressively on one of the campaigns.
Right now, I have two campaigns running in the US. One was at $75 per day and I increased it to $150, while the other one is still sitting at around $75.
So even though yesterday wasn’t great in terms of profitability, I don’t really see it as something concerning.
At the end of the day, I know this is a game where there are going to be good days and bad days. And while I’m still in the testing phase, ending a day at break-even or even slightly negative doesn’t seem bad at all.
So I decided not to touch anything.
I left the campaigns exactly as they were and waited to see how they would perform today.
And today, they really paid off.
Day 4 was, by far, the best day I’ve had so far with this US store.
What’s interesting is that the store currently only has one product, and both campaigns I’m running are focused on that exact same product.
That makes me think there could actually be a lot of potential here.
The US market is responding well and, even though I’m still at the very beginning, for the first time I can almost see those long-awaited $100K/day way off in the distance.
Obviously, it’s still a long way away, and I don’t want to get carried away because of one good day.
I just need to stay grounded, take it step by step, and do what I know I need to do every single day.
Because I feel like a huge part of this business works exactly like that: most of the time, you already know what you need to do to improve, but for one reason or another, you delay it, get distracted, or simply don’t execute.
At this point, I already have a pretty clear idea of the next steps I need to take to keep improving this store.
For now, I left both campaigns running at the same budgets to see how they perform tomorrow, Monday.
Today we had a conversion rate of around 7%, which is extremely good, but I’m also aware that the result may have been influenced by the fact that it was Sunday.
So now comes an important test: seeing how the store performs throughout a normal week.
Black Friday is getting closer, and there are fewer and fewer days left before the most important period of Q4.
No need to lose your head over one good day or one bad day.
Stay calm, take it step by step, and keep executing.
Day 4 completed.
Still moving toward that $100K/day goal.
Day 2 - Road to $100K/Day
Today, regarding the US store, I honestly didn’t make any major changes. I just left the campaign running as it was and let it keep working.
Yesterday I got 2 sales and ended the day in the red, but today I got 5 sales and I’m already profitable. At least for now, that gives me a good sign that the product may have potential.
Even so, I feel like there is still a lot of work to do, especially when it comes to creatives and truly understanding the avatar.
The ads I’m currently using are basically the same ads that already work for me in my Spanish-speaking stores, but translated into English. And considering that’s pretty much all I did, the results aren’t bad.
But it’s clear that if I really want to scale in the US market, I need to put much more thought into it: research the customer properly, understand exactly which avatar I want to target, what problems they have, which angles could work best, and start creating ads specifically for that market.
On the other hand, I have my two Spanish-speaking stores.
Yesterday I increased the budgets, and today the results weren’t as good as I expected. The main reason was that the conversion rate dropped quite a bit. Even so, both stores are still profitable, so for now everything is under control.
I also made an important move today for Q4.
I hired a Google Ads agency and an email marketing agency for my Spanish-speaking stores.
These are two areas that, honestly, I had never really dedicated enough time to and had barely worked on before. So the goal now is to make better use of all the traffic and infrastructure I already have, instead of relying only on what I’ve been doing up until now.
So that’s it.
Day 2 completed.
Time to keep pushing through Q4, improving every part of the business, and getting closer step by step to that $100K/day goal.
Today is October 1st, the beginning of Q4, and I decided to start documenting my journey toward one of my biggest goals in Ecom: reaching the long-awaited $100K/day.
Right now, I'm still pretty far from that goal. My current record is approximately $16.7K/day, so there is still a very long way to go.
I like to be realistic, and I honestly don't believe I'll hit $100K/day during this Q4. But that doesn't mean I'm not going to give it everything I have and try to make that day happen as soon as possible.
You can call me Xavier. I've been in Ecom since January 2024, and until now, almost all of my experience has been selling to Spanish-speaking markets, mainly because Spanish is my native language.
I'm going to continue working on and scaling those markets, but from now on I want to take on a new challenge: seriously entering the most competitive market in the world the US market.
I started testing in the US a few days ago. I've already generated some results and seen a few early signs, but I'm still far from where I want to be in this market.
So today, October 1st, 2026, officially marks Day 1.
My plan is to document the journey day by day: the progress, mistakes, tests, stores, numbers, what works, and what doesn't.
I'm doing this partly to keep a record of the entire process, but also to put some extra pressure on myself and stay accountable.
As for today, it was a good day for my main stores, which are currently still focused on Spanish-speaking markets.
At the same time, I'm continuing to test the US market.
I'm attaching a few screenshots of today's results.
Day 1. Road to $100K/day.
Let's see how far we can take this.
