You cannot smoke, drink, shop, or work your pain away. Some wounds don't want distractions. They want your attention. You have to feel it. Let it move through you instead of letting it live inside you. Those who rise the strongest are rarely the ones who avoided suffering.
Yall be trying to embrace these bad personalities traits like it’s cool. “I’m so petty” “I get nasty when I argue” okay you’re unregulated. Go talk to someone
After observing the Meg/Klay discourse, all I can say is: Good luck to heterosexual women. What Kendrick said? “I feel for the women that deal with the clown & nerd shit.. Can't blame them.. today they ain't really got much to work with” — a great majority of men continue to prove they’re not only physically a danger to women but also emotionally, spiritually & romantically can not be trusted.. they are increasingly being red pilled & completely intolerable. The logic be so flawed, it’s quite literally dangerous… it’s hard to trust any of them bc even the dudes who think they’re one of the good ones… be in community with terrorist & bc they too fear men, they just go along with the nonsense. Tough. Outside of business & family, I have the luxury of not being in community with too many men bc why tf would I be?
you cannot make sense to a person who only comprehends things at their own level of perception. no matter how much you explain, argue, or try. save your energy.
How people treat you is information, not an invitation to overanalyze. It is data, not a riddle. Their actions are simply mirrors reflecting their character, not your worth. Receive the message, adjust your boundaries, and keep moving. Not every behavior deserves your confusion.
If the Universe is teaching you detachment, you’re in your last phase of incarnation, where the soul replaces “How do I keep this?” with “What is this teaching me?” Detachment is not coldness. It is love without fear/control, and remembering you're here to experience, not to own.
When you hold power and authority, use it with kindness and respect. Never abuse it… because not everyone will endure your arrogance in silence. Treat others exactly like you demand to be treated. Atlanta… I’ll see you soon.
There are too many emails. Too many texts. Too many accounts. Too many logins. Too many apps. Too many rewards programs. Too many fundraisers. Too many appointments. Too many virtual meetings. Too many newsletters. Too many forms. Too many social media platforms. My brain hurts.
