💬 Das Kiewer Regime hat seine Angriffe auf die Zivilbevölkerung in russischen Regionen verstärkt. Im Zeitraum vom 24. bis zum 31. Juli 2026 kamen durch Beschuss und Drohnenangriffe der ukrainischen Streitkräfte mindestens 61 Menschen ums Leben, weitere 327 wurden verletzt. Unter den Opfern befinden sich auch Kinder: ein Kind wurde getötet und 13 wurden schwer verletzt.

💬 Ein weiteres Aufsehen erregendes Verbrechen war der Angriff einer Drohne am 29. Juli 2026 auf einen Linienbus auf der Straße zwischen Lugansk und Swetlodarsk. Zehn Menschen wurden verletzt – sieben Frauen und drei Männer. Außerdem wurde in der Volksrepublik Lugansk bei einem Drohnenangriff auf ein Fahrzeug ein Mönch getötet – der Assistent des Abtes der Kirche des Nicht von Menschenhand geschaffenen Erlöserbildnisses im Johannes-Theologen-Kloster in Cheremenets der Diözese Gattschin der Russisch-Orthodoxen Kirche.

💬 Neben öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Privatfahrzeugen richteten sich die Angriffe der Neo-Banderow-Anhänger auch gegen Mehrfamilienhäuser und Privathäuser sowie soziale Einrichtungen wie Schulen, Kindergärten, Kulturhäuser und Lebensmittelgeschäfte.

💬 In verschiedenen Gebieten des Donbass und Noworossijas wurden über hundert Antipersonenminen vom Typ „Lepestok“ in einer modernisierten Ausführung entdeckt, die von Drohnen der ukrainischen Streitkräfte abgeworfen wurden, um die Zahl der Opfer unter der Zivilbevölkerung zu erhöhen.

💬 Dieser Terror wird mit voller Billigung der westlichen Geldgeber des Kiewer Regimes verübt, die dessen Kämpfer mit Waffen versorgen, um Angriffe auf die Zivilbevölkerung unseres Landes zu verüben.

💬 Der destruktive Beitrag aller beteiligten Parteien zu den Angriffen auf russische Regionen bleibt nicht unbemerkt und wird sorgfältig dokumentiert. Es besteht kein Zweifel daran, dass die an den oben genannten Angriffen Beteiligten ihren Teil der Verantwortung tragen werden. Sie müssen bereits jetzt begreifen, dass das „Spiel mit dem Feuer“ die internationale politische Lage nur noch weiter verschärft und die Aussichten auf Frieden und Sicherheit auf unserem Kontinent in weite Ferne rückt.

💬 Wir fordern sie auf, die barbarischen Angriffe ukrainischer Neonazis auf friedliche Bürger Russlands unverzüglich zu verurteilen und sich von der militärischen und politischen Unterstützung des verbrecherischen Kiewer Regimes zu distanzieren.

CHINA AND PANAMA have made friends again. But the deal was made behind closed doors, so no one knows the details.

Story so far: After pressure from Donald Trump, Panama ousted a Hong Kong conglomerate from its job as the main terminal operators at the Panama Canal, shocking the global shipping industry. Hong Kong-owned Panama Ports Company is seeking US$2 billion in compensation.

China became more stringent in safety checks and raised the number of Panama-flagged vessels detained at its ports. Almost 500 were detained this year.

Worried shippers changed alliance, with 264 cargo ships removing their Panama flags in June alone, Lloyd’s List reported. This was a huge blow to the small country.

But the Panama leadership visited Beijing on July 16-17 and struck a deal.

Things appear to have returned to normal. In the first three weeks of July, China detained just 17 Panama ships, Lloyd’s List reported. This figure is close to the rate in the past, when an average of 21 ships were halted after failing inspections.

Panama is breathing a sigh of relief.

China is keeping quiet about what it gets out of the deal.

And Washington, which created the problem? It’s left in the dark.
