While the world was throwing up the X

I wasn’t happy

I wasn’t giving a chance to be my best

I wasn’t getting the help I was asking for

I was isolated so much I didn’t know who to trust

I was taking advantage of

My ringer on my phone has been turned off since 2012 because every time it ringed I thought I was in trouble

You not going to tell me Mental Health is not real

I’m not the only athlete who has a story

I know it’s a lot of athletes who didn’t live long enough to tell their story

I’m a huge advocate for athletes

That’s why I chose to step away from the game and build what I’m building for athletes

Mental Health is real!
