I bet we can get base memes and culture trending on X.
Base’s cultural renaissance is not manufactured. It is being earned.
We are watching a real pivot in the Base community. Sentiment is moving up and to the right, and a new wave of Base memes is rewriting a culture that was once dismissed as forced, corporate, and redundant.
@Jesskionbase, @xbrainarmstrong, and @CobeeBase are proving that a meme can launch without insiders, KOLs, or cabals. They are grinding in public, building organic communities through collaborative, funny, and genuinely entertaining posts.
@Jesskionbase emerged from a reply to @mrtdlgc’s post, “You Can Paint a Chart But You Cannot Manufacture a Meme: The Semiotics of Memecoins on Base,” which named what had been holding Base memes back. @xbrainarmstrong grew out of the half-human, half-[something] meta. @CobeeBase was launched, abandoned and kept alive through a CTO. Trenchers took notice, bought bags, and started bagworking.
What matters most is how attention arrived. These are microcaps that earned amplification from the Base team anyway. That attention was not a function of proximity to Base leadership or Base KOLs. @Nibel_eth followed all three. @xenbh followed Jesski. @jessepollak followed @xbrainarmstrong. @johnnytvl has been active across several posts.
That sequence quietly settles two tired narratives: that Base does not support builders, and that only a closed circle gets visibility.
What makes this moment stronger still is the collaboration across metas, including support for OG memes. @chads got visibility around the $pickledick launch, and $BASENOUN got verified on @coinbasewallet. Fomo traders who previously ignored Base tokens are bidding, including wallets with serious size. These culture creators are writing a playbook for symbiotic growth on Base.
That playbook points somewhere larger. More organic meme culture means more experimentation, especially as stock-paired memes open new design space onchain. Early traders who choose to participate have real upside from here, but only if the community leans in together.
So what comes next?
The ball is now with the wider community. Support the memes that resonate with you, not only these three. Amplify them on the timeline and on the charts. Remix their concepts. Leave a thesis on Fomo. Add them to your watchlist.
If you lead a project and want more visibility, reach out for collabs and figure out how to cross-pollinate communities for mutual growth.
Share this with your take, or post your own. The renaissance only compounds if more people join it.
