@United_Africana Heart rate wants to be under 130 to burn fat instead. Once it starts spiking to 140+, you’ll start releasing cortisol. You’ll get hungrier after a run, a lot of things. You can sustain walking every day with minimal to no recovery.
@m3l1y4h@angellailah_yG People grow, it goes for everything in life. People didn’t become billionaires by failing or slipping up just once or twice, it takes time to figure it out. It’s whether the effort is there or not. No effort, it doesn’t matter, if they are showing up, it is. Always will be.
@alamo23445@goldseek No, people have used the last few months to stack their reserves. Silver has been suppressed for decades, its ratio to gold with catch up sooner than later. Silver to $200+ in the next year or two
@FurtureRichKid I created a Bank of America account specifically for that. When your sell clears into cash, you can immediately transfer over to a BofA bank account, within the second.
@SoloAnthonio@HerrSpeeer@Parodyjeffx They still actively hate Jesus Christ. That’s why they refer to him as the carpenter. Just like Demons, they can’t and won’t say his name. All of them will fall to their knees and confess that Christ is Lord sooner than later
@Amonahan Yes and no. If you’ve been actively day trading for 10+ years, and you still can’t do it for a living you should give up. In a year, no, in 5 maybe, in 10 a good chance if you stick with it. All just depends if you’re persistent enough
@PamphletsY Yes, he had tens of millions/ hundreds of millions scattered in offshore accounts, but that doesn’t take away from the fact he 100% had more than 1m in cash. They probably took 20.
