The biggest benefits claimant in the UK.
They claim an eye watering £17,500,000,000 a year.
The same as 4.4m people on benefits.
How?
Because they claim ALL their costs, every wage, every oil rig, every tanker.
Completely nationalised, but the profits are Privatised.
My take on the French protests? That a lot of people really don’t understand the French.
They have self respect. The working classes in Britain need to remember what that is.
If a struggling parent receives £100 in benefits, they’re accused of depending on the taxpayer.
If a wealthy company receives millions in government support, it’s called protecting jobs.
Why is public money shameful when it helps the poor but sensible when it helps the rich?
Reform UK's only female MP Sarah Pochin,
"They are so f*cking chauvinistic"
"They exclude you if you're a woman"
"It's really tough being a girl with all this alpha male sh*t going on"
My view:
Why remain in an environment she describes as chauvinistic and exclusionary?
Perhaps she believes she can change it from within, playing the long game for equality?
Or maybe her self-esteem has been worn down so much that she has come to accept this treatment and brush it off as acceptable and normal - not realising that most of the rest of the country doesn't subject themselves to such abuse and micro aggressions on a daily basis?
Women talk openly on social media about the emotional and mental toll of being belittled, pressured or treated as though their voices matter less. If she is experiencing that same kind of treatment, what does it say that she appears to accept it?
And what example does that set for women and girls, that they should tolerate disrespect to keep their place?
Maybe she just dislikes seeing black and brown people on television more than she dislikes the alpha male attitude which she's complaining about, so just lives with it.
Who knows, after all, she herself said of herself, "My kids say: mum, you're such a moron" 🤷♂️
King Charles doesn't pay capital gains tax (CGT), income/inheritance tax.
The Duchy of Lancaster doesn't pay corporation tax, CGT.
The King voluntarily paid £30m since Accession. No way of knowing what it could be.
Would you like to pay tax voluntarily?

🚨 AMAZON, DON’T CLOSE THE GATE! 🚨
The proposed new Stargate series may have been cancelled, but Stargate is far from finished.
Wouldn’t it be something wonderful if we could have these four back: Michael Shanks, Amanda Tapping, Joe Flanigan and David Hewlett, returning to the Stargate universe?
Imagine seeing these familiar faces back through the gate, alongside new characters and new stories. For longtime fans, it would be a truly special way to continue the legacy of Stargate.
Amazon MGM, you own the Stargate. Please give it another chance.
The fans are still here.
The love for this franchise is still here.
The gate should not stay closed.

This is Lord Rothermere.
He is a billionaire who owns the Daily mail. He lives and works in Britain, but opts out of paying tax in Britain.
He is so patriotic he has avoided paying millions and millions (perhaps hundreds of millions) in tax by being a ‘non dom’ despite living here.
No wonder he’s scared of the Green party who want to tax the rich.
Who cancels a series based on one of the most successful franchises in entertainment history with well over 350 episodes across 18 seasons that, even after 15 years of no new episodes, still commands an international fanbase of millions?
Apparently #AmazonMGM#SaveStargate
AmazonMGM have been judged and found lacking, having been convicted of multiple heinous crimes against Stargate.
COUNT 1. Cancelling Martin Gero’s Stargate series.
COUNT 2. Leaving an entire generation of Stargate fans without the continuation they were promised.
COUNT 3. Failing to recognise that the Stargate universe still has stories left to tell — and fans ready to watch them.
COUNT 4. Allowing one of the greatest science-fiction franchises ever created to languish in the proverbial gate room.
COUNT 5. Possessing the rights to Stargate while apparently refusing to dial the damn thing.
COUNT 6. Subjecting loyal fans to years of rumours, false hope, “development” and radio silence.
COUNT 7. Criminal negligence in the preservation and expansion of the Stargate legacy.
COUNT 8. Crimes against television, science fiction, and common sense.
VERDICT: Guilty on all counts.
SENTENCE: Dial the gate. Bring back Stargate. Give Martin Gero’s series the chance it deserves.
The court is adjourned. The fans, however, are not. ⚖️

Apparently the new Reform mega donor Ben Delo is threatening to sue people who mention his previous conviction tied to money laundering.
So best not keep sharing it.
Even £30k a year isn't enough to survive as a single person in the UK anymore.
After tax, National Insurance and pension, that's around £2,047 a month.
Then you've got £900 rent, £140 council tax, £150 utilities, £300 food, £50 phone, £30 WiFi and £350 for car insurance, tax and fuel.
That's £1,920 a month just to cover the basics, leaving you with £127 for everything else.
No clothes. No nights out. No holidays. No emergencies. No savings.
And people still wonder why single people can't get ahead.
A teenage boy seriously assaulted a girl.
People immediately reminded everyone that he was young and had his whole life ahead of him.
The girl was also young.
She also had her whole life ahead of her.
But somehow his age became a reason to protect his future, while hers became something she was expected to recover from.
We need to stop treating a boy's potential as more important than a girl's trauma.
Ranvir Singh: "The Times was able to find 13 posts on X that named individual RNLI crew members.. one of these posts said 'first the traitors, then the invaders', which is a far right slogan, & it was shared by Elon Musk along with the photo of a gun. This is the stuff of 1939"
