I have since suffered really badly with stress which has lead to a lot of hair loss leaving not only my skin being awful still to this day but also my hair now being so thin. I’m utterly gobsmacked. @cerave @LOrealParisUK

For a cheque to be sent in the post for a refund of the price I paid, I sent them back the products to investigate but have been given no information back. I have had to spend more on prescriptions from the doctors than I did with the skin care. Out of my own pocket @cerave
