Checking at the block level for wallet would increase costs significantly. 0.1 XCH threshold should cover most cases.

@MrDennisV Got the issue! We monitor 1XCH per coin, but you sent 1XCH from 4 coins < 1XCH each. Interesting use case! Initially thought cold wallets would have >1XCH in one coin. Updating logic to count all coins and trigger alerts when >1XCH in any block across 100 addresses. Valid case!
