One thing 2k did really good with this year is the dribble versatility and ProPlay. The more I spend in the MyCourt the more potential I see. I really think, dont even make shooting easier, just remove the speed ups (bc that isnt skilled shooting) we would have one of the best 2ks imo. #NBA2K27

The whole “slow jumpshots get a huge boost / fast jumpshots get a huge penalty” thing has been WAYYYYY overblown 😭

He also confirmed this mechanic has been in previous 2Ks.

It’s mainly there for BillyBob123 who gets left wide open because he’s terrible 💀 — giving him a slower jumper makes it a little easier for him to green.

@STEEZO_THE_GOD @NBA2K It’s really just shot speed you still need have and make your jumper, it’s not gonna make you go that crazy, I went from 24% to about 50% just using the same shot I made and with the top speed, just keep ripping the games a week old with no badges
