A busy weekend for xclusive jewellers now trading on Newport high street

[Xclusive Jewellers @xclusivenpt]

@NewportBus hello can you tell me if any buses will be dropping off from Chepstow road by queenways as I need to alight by the train station? and do not want get out at friars walk as I have a friend who cannot walk far ? And I cannot see anything on your timetable Kind regards

[Xclusive Jewellers @xclusivenpt]

@NewportBus I thought we were supposed to have a intergrated transport system. How is this fair ? Who can I complain too ?

[Xclusive Jewellers @xclusivenpt]

@NewportBus hi I see there is no mention on your new timetable for the pick up and drop off onqueenway from Monday13th July . As you know you are pulling the buses from high street, can you please tell us what route the elderly and disabled can get picked up and dropped off from

[Xclusive Jewellers @xclusivenpt]

@NewportBus Hang on social distancing measures would surely be better if you were to drop off and pick up from Queensway? This makes no safety sense to stop all the buses from high street and send them straight to the station how are the elderly and disabled supposed to cope with this ?

[Xclusive Jewellers @xclusivenpt]

@NewportCouncil Oh I nearly forgot where can I access a new bus timetable with the updated times on at Queensway to hand out to my customers ?

[Xclusive Jewellers @xclusivenpt]

@NewportCouncil Is there a alternative plan for elderly and disabled to be dropped off at Queensway by the train station, as the high street buses have stopped this side of the city ?

[Xclusive Jewellers @xclusivenpt]

@NewportCouncil can someone explain when will the new bus timetable for drop offs at Queensway by the train station will be made available please? .As buses have now ceased to operate dropping at high street, is there a plan for the elderly and disabled to access high street ?
