Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. on Thursday fired back at China after its Foreign Ministry described his remarks as “provocations and theatrics” following an incident during the Seoul Defense Dialogue, where he was handed a note stating Beijing’s position on the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award.

Teodoro then questioned what he described as more theatrical conduct, pointing to past statements by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Panganiban or Mischief Reef.

“What’s more theatrical than Wang Yi saying that Mischief Reef was for peaceful purposes and they would never militarize the island?” Teodoro told reporters on the sidelines of the Manila Strategy Forum in Parañaque City. @ABSCBNNews

رجل كولومبي يدعى نيكو كان برفقة زوجته عندما اقترب منه رجل غريب واخذ لوح التزلج الخاص به، تبعه نيكو لاستعادت اللوح بدون شجار الا ان الرجل تحدى نيكو وحاول افتعال الشجار
