@SiteGround I did that, I wouldn't be writing you on Twitter otherwise. On the contact page I selected "Site is down, slow...", then "My site is slow", I select my website and the only option is "REQUEST SITE SLOW TROUBLESHOOTING" which costs 42 GBP. There's no way of contacting you..
