Now that the Hood is out, Rocket would like to quickly explain how Jubilee's teamup with him work.
When you pop your orb or push an enemy with your ult, you mark them with a little icon on top of their health bar called a "Sparkle Mark".
Hitting an ally or enemy with this mark consumes it, and gives you laser-like attacks, it can even headshot if you use the base version of the Hood.
If you use the advanced version however, the mark doesn't get consumed, allowing you to refresh the duration of your hitscan mode up until the mark disappears naturally.
If you refresh your hitscan mode right before the mark expires, you can keep it going up until the cooldown of your explosion finishes, allowing you to refill the meter all over again.
