People are thinking only "Zweitstimme" is counting, but in my opinion you need to take Erststimme and Zweitstimme together. Then the CDU has more valid votes --> Greens are winning.

"Überhangsmandat means CDU is getting + 14 seats because of the "Erststimme". Conclusion is in my opinion, that in the Polymarket rules "total number of valid votes received" means "Erststimme" + "Zweitstimme". Everything else would make absolutely no sense.
