Do not fly @AmericanAir. They will do everything in their power to make your trip as awful and as long as possible.

They are prolifically bad.
Don't use them. At this point, I would even recommend going Frontier over American.
American cares more about stock buybacks than they do about delivering the product you paid for.
@AmericanAir please explain to me how is it possible we had a FULL crew 1 hour before boarding before the ops team decided to take the staff away last minute on a 15 HOUR DELAY FLIGHT.
@AmericanAir can you at least answer the question? why did we lose our crew 5 min before boarding? now we have no estimate on when we will get a new crew? what kind of circus are you running.
