PSA: As I continue my withdrawal from the entertainment industry all XM Tools & Showfiles are being sunsetted. If you are still using any of my tools and did not receive the email last year please let me know, as almost none of it will work in gMA3.
@doomquasar YouTube recently reminded me Awful Squad existed and jeebus, do I miss watching you play video games. I catch a Rocket eps every so often but its just not the same. I miss your gaming comedy joy <3
@marcoarment It warms my heart to hear your recent appreciation of the iP SE. I was so worried one day Overcast would drop support for the last great one-handed phone. <3 @atpfm
@unarmedoracle I’m returning to MTG after ~20yr away and am throughly enjoying LRR’s videos & streams. Still missing a lot of the references, but i’ve found you & your skit character so charmingly relatable. Thanks for the laughs. <3
@AmazonHelp Yep, only happens with “AMZL” carrier. Contacted support multiple times, still getting your awful, lying delivery contractors. I don’t want same, next, or two day delivery. I just want reliability, which you have failed to provide 16 out of 29 times now to two locations. I’m done
Technology is capable of doing great things. But it doesn’t want to do great things. It doesn’t want anything. That part takes all of us. We are optimistic about technology’s awesome potential for good — but we know that it won’t happen on its own.
@VIDVOX I usually did it with Duet Display and some hammerspoon scripts, but i’m not certain how viable the concept is after the High Sierra virtual display disaster.
@MaizeWallin I’ll be honest, I lack the lingual education to accurately explain or debate the matter. Recently i’ve found that even when knowing someone prefers they/them, conversational references to them are frequently formed in a manner where the subject is impossible to determine.
I strongly support gender fluidity and consciousness in guiding society to evolve beyond our irrational binary assumptions. However, the growing misuse of singular “they” only serves to discredit the cognisance of anyone I encounter using it. We need to educate, not confuse.
First thought when hearing about the final death of Google+: maybe we’ll get proper enforced boolean search operators back. Then I remembered their goal is not to help you find what you’re looking for. https://t.co/Ss85hxpFbM
