@motiondesign_01 Thanks for sharing this. It opens a conversation about a predicament I hadn't yet considered: the appropriate response, to vibe-coding, of traditional/slow-moving arts programs which had not yet already incorporated creative coding into their curricula.
PSA: I have added 9 monoline Hangul fontsโrestored and converted from 1990s Korean CAD software, and suitable for use with pen plottersโto my single-stroke vector font archive.

One of my longest-running and most meaningful projects now has a home.
After years of collecting, curating and building color projects, I made a website to explore them all the names.
@kitasenjudesign It's the 30th anniversary of @johnmaeda's 12 O'Clocks! This project and his Reactive Square were what made me want to enter the field. In 2016 I captured GIFs of his clocks, since the apps required an OS9 emulator to run.
@meodai@winkerVSbecks This lecture was not recorded - to reduce performance pressure, allow for private conversations with the students, and to avoid my university's legal bureaucracy for such recordings. A YouTube version would be great though!
After testing 100s of imgs comparing tiny and big changes to the algo: I am now confident to present to you: The new OKpalette.
Powerful as before, ~40% faster, better at detecting good presets and better rare color detection! Test it and let me know what you think!
