I'm reading through @REAS's Making Pictures with GANs and thinking about how a lot of the machine learning for artists resources have been kind of abandoned.
I picked up Tega Brain and Golan Levin’s /Code as Creative Medium/ again this morning and was blown away all over again! What an essential and valuable resource for anyone teaching or studying computational art. I wish I’d had this book when I was starting out!
The exhibit runs until May 2027, and highlights the work of Vera Molnár alongside several contemporary artists.
Pictured below, works by @REAS@williamapan@zachlieberman@Licia_He, alongside Vera’s.
