opinião impopular: o Leo, infelizmente, não teve tempo suficiente jogando em alto nível pra ser assim tão unânime como melhor Iniciador da história do jogo
Rob Moore talking about players that aren’t TenZ:
Ok yeah we picked up this guy but he’s not TenZ and I would pick up TenZ in a heartbeat but this guys cool I guess but he’s still not TenZ just to be clear he is NOT TenZ we would’ve preferred TenZ but we got this guy though
@speedsapphire @ElevatedSpeaks Raze has also been getting nerfed, even excluding her satchels (notably patches 3.05, 6.03, and 7.09). Imo, both nerfs are justified. The flashes allow him to replace flash ini's, and the TP borderline lets you have a player in 2 places at once. 15s TP is harsh tho, I'd say 20s.
@speedsapphire @ElevatedSpeaks And Yoru is still in the game, and you can still play him, and you can still make content about him. Eggster was playing Yoru when he was a troll pick; I doubt he'll stop now. He'll be harder to play due to the nerfs, and I do agree that they're too much, but nerfs were needed.
@speedsapphire @ElevatedSpeaks Jett and Raze were strong or even busted for a very long time doesn't mean that Yoru should stay busted for a very long time; all agents should be balanced, and the faster they get balanced, the better.
@speedsapphire @ElevatedSpeaks (3) Riot should and does mostly balance around pro play instead of ranked because the ranked meta will always favor selfish characters (Reyna/Clove), which aren't good in pro. The balance of other agents like Yoru barely matters for ranked since they won't get picked much anyway.
@speedsapphire @ElevatedSpeaks (2) Yoru's been meta since 2025 with a top 3 pick rate at every international except for Toronto (6th highest). So yes, Yoru is the best and has been the best agent for a while, and he does need nerfs (although I think these nerfs are a bit too harsh).
