Hecarim players will delay their last camp to hold q stacks for the crab first clear and similarly they will delay a camp to keep Q stacks for a gank. You are just low mmr asf and clueless

@alberto_avion @Spideraxe30 smart guy it is not a buff for high elo thats the point. it literally does nothing for people good at Hecarim. OBJECTIVELY NOTHING it does help the people you will be playing against in silver II 20 LP as they don't know how to keep their Q stacks. So no hes not a getting buff.

@quantelol You buy an item to survive longer and someone else builds an item specifically to counter it because it would be difficult to kill you otherwise and you act like the person building serpents isnt the one at a loss here. -2500 gold just to counter something is not overpowered.
