Xen rests a hand on his waist, leaning forward with a curious glint in his dark eyes - like a twinkling star in a sea of midnight.

"Don't think I've ever met someone from Mars before - let alone a Turian. I guess you're accustomed to human cultural norms, then?" _

@grease_bird At his coat, dusting it down before fixing his collar, assuming a rather casual stance. He meets Ryan's gaze again, offering him a playful smile.

@grease_bird The coated Turian lets out a raucous guffaw, mandibles splayed in an expression of joyful mirth.

"Not to mention the monumental stick up your ass. If you're anything like most other planetsiders I've met, you'll be glad to be offworld. I know I would be."

A bit of a vague answer. But one that acknowledges the flaws of the Hierarchy as a way of organising society. A pragmatic take? Who knows.

"I get that a lot, believe it or not. But I save the dulcet tones for special occasions."

His own arm falls to his side, before idly slipping into his pocket.

To be honest, some of them had it coming. Just because their competition hired you to take them out doesn't mean I'm sad they're gone.
