@tht2redguy if aot was removed tomorrow i would be happy, although i would say it can be stretched to be considered horror a little more than star wars
i think the d&d chapter has more of a place in dbd than star wars only because you can absolutely run a horror campaign for d&d, BUT it's still puzzling to me that you would defend Star wars if you disagree with d&d being added
"b-but the D&D chapter wasn't horror either!"
so you agree? you agree that we shouldn't be adding more questionable licenses that don't really fit the themes of the game that exists to be a love letter to horror?
it's funny seeing all the "gotchas" of people listing vecna as an example of dbd already straying away from horror and rather than seeing that maybe this is why we don't want even more blatantly non-horror licenses added, they think we should just lean into it and add more action
dbd has always been a love letter to horror. recently the game has been straying further and further from that. it's not unreasonable for people to be upset at the thought of it jumping the shark completely and adding something like star wars
@tht2redguy im sorry, are we implying that FREDDY KRUEGER isn't horror?💀 you just listed off a bunch of valid horror licenses and it's looking intentionally obtuse
