@rawrafox things I've seen people use is automatic bathroom ventilation, heating in the morning before you enter the shower, opening the window for X minutes when done.
"not caring about heating" is a thing I guess, although I'd probably be spending more time adjusting heating than now

@rawrafox not super smart, only lighting, but I gotta say that button next to bed that turns off all lights in the flat is really nice. may add a second function that turns (almost) all lights on but on lowest brightness
