Hey Guys this is the official group for Xev 9e and Be 6 owners everyone can share the issues that are being faced and we all can raise our voice and get things solved together
This is what we get after spending 30lacs hard earned money. I have to go to hospital in emergency for my mom’s check up and this car’s gear is not working. So one Side I have to deal with hospital and on the other hand I have to deal with this car. I have so many such issues like this with proofs. Great car by Mahindra. 👏👏👏
Respected Mr. Anandji Mahindra,
I recently purchased a brand-new Mahindra EV worth approximately ₹31 lakh. Let me begin by saying that the vehicle itself is fantastic, offering excellent features, comfort, technology, and outstanding value for money.
However, today I had a very disappointing and concerning experience. While changing a punctured tyre and fitting the spare wheel, the wheel spanner supplied with the vehicle broke during normal use. This is a critical safety tool, and its failure at such a moment raises serious concerns about quality and reliability.
What makes this even more surprising is Mahindra's reputation for engineering excellence and its association with some of India's finest alloy steel manufacturing capabilities. Customers naturally expect the same standards in every component supplied with the vehicle.
To verify whether this was an isolated defect, I tried using the wheel spanner supplied with my friend's recently purchased Mahindra diesel vehicle. Unfortunately, that spanner also proved ineffective for the task. Ultimately, a fellow Skoda owner who was present offered his wheel spanner, saying, "Try this, it won't fail." Ironically, the Skoda tool performed the job effortlessly while the OEM tools supplied with two new Mahindra vehicles could not.
Further, the tyre puncture/TPMS warning issue has been repeatedly appearing on my vehicle. This concern was reported during the very first service at Ratnaprabha Motors, but the issue continues to persist.
As a proud Mahindra customer, I am not questioning the quality of the vehicle itself, which is otherwise excellent. My concerns are specifically:
• Poor quality and reliability of the supplied wheel spanner/toolkit.
• Repeated tyre puncture/TPMS warnings despite reporting the issue during service.
• Potential safety implications for customers stranded on highways or remote locations.
I request Mahindra's leadership and customer care team to investigate these issues urgently and take corrective action. A great vehicle deserves equally dependable support equipment and service.
Vehicle details can be shared with the concerned team if required.

While buying a car, trust is everything especially when it’s your primary vehicle and an EV.
Imagine paying ₹22+ lakh and discovering before delivery that the car doesn’t even charge. This happened at Anant Cars, Bangalore, on April 15 just a day before delivery. Yet, replacement wasn’t possible because the vehicle was already registered.
And what was offered as a “gesture”?
A mere ₹5,000 discount on the extended warranty. That’s it.
The car has had charging issues from day one. No assurance, no guarantee nothing.
What happens if someone is travelling with family or kids and the car suddenly refuses to charge? What if there’s a medical emergency? Who takes responsibility then?
Does Mr. Mahindra or the dealership guarantee peace of mind in such situations?
This isn’t acceptable. Mr. Sathya ji @satyeaah this needs answers from Mahindra!

Hi,@volklub look at the XEV 9e's spare tire. Mahindra is giving a 'bicycle tire' for emergencies on a ₹30L+ SUV! Huge Alloy vs this tiny space saver. Thoughts? 📉🚲 #MahindraXEV9e#CostCutting

After the latest update on the Mahindra ESuvs do you guys noticed any remarkable difference? I feel like the sound quality has degraded at higher volumes and I also feel like the range has dropped significantly. Share your thoughts too down in the comments 👇🏻
10 HOURS stranded on Nashik Hwy with my family, including my 5yo daughter & senior citizen father. New #XEV9e failed (Gearshift error). RSA is useless (4 calls, no help). Pune Savanib showroom staff avoiding responsibility. Totally unsafe!

OPEN CHALLENGE to all car reviewers & auto journalists. @mahindraesuvs still don't have NFC, Driver profiles with face recognition, sentry mode, Continuous DVR support features as advertised. In fact, simple Proximity lock/unlock took 1 year since launch to reach end users.
I'm writing this to show everyone what I have gone through in my 6 months of ownership of infamous @mahindraesuvs BE6. #Mahindra#ev
Let's start with safety concern issues first.
1. Speakers completely going OFF: No indicator sounds, No warning sounds, No safety sounds including speed warnings.
@Xroaders_001@ferrarirules86@saintist47@evelectree@volklub I have posted everything with video proof about my BE6 issues. Let me post more stats about more people going through the similar issues. it doesn't make me a brand hater. If I did hate it, i wouldn't have thought of supporting Mahindra by being an early adopter.
