This project is bigger than any individual. This is Earth and we must make our stand.
Gonna meet with @bryan_johnson today, planning to gift him these two books that can close the loop as the other spectrum of “Don’t die” which I found equally enlightened. For our generation, we both lack the education of proper health 101 and death 101. Knowing how to expand the health span and how to face the end of it are equally critical.
The “Don’t die” movement is a radical social movement as part of pro-health initiatives; it is not merely a rigid manual but rather an ethos—a profound calling to awaken those who have traded real wealth (health) for fake wealth, such as excessive consumption, mindless browsing, and the cheap dopamine induced by consumerism. This movement shares common roots with the sovereign individual movement and Extropianism, tracing its lineage back to the tech libertarian movement of the 90s.
For Bryan, longevity is not merely a lifestyle; it's an obsession. Many fail to comprehend this perspective and unfairly criticize him. I've observed similar intense obsessions among top founders, giving rise to a reality distortion field where their obsession becomes both self-fulfilling and contagious. This pattern often starts with the obsession of a few determined individuals, strong founders with pursuit much above themselves. Before the internet most of these ends up as failed rebellious act, but now the internet amplifies niche obsessions, making them contagious, and like-minded individuals coalesce around shared ethos, vision, and group identity. The decline of both traditional religion and modern liberalism have led to a substantial void of meaning and an identity crisis, the cult of a radical health regime imo is a much better cult to be within than other cults where consumerism tries to trap us in.
The ignition of a coordinated human revolution may seem random, but its propagation is reflexive and self-fulfilling. In a world where information flows freely and barriers to knowledge have crumbled, the momentum of change becomes unstoppable. Bryan stands at the forefront of a transformative wave, challenging us to reevaluate our priorities, embrace longevity as more than a concept, and recognize that the true wealth we seek lies not in consumerism indulgences but in the enduring vitality of mind and body.

ABCD of the apocalypse for the Chinese: America, Bitcoin, Capitalism, Drugs
What regime media outlets demonize the most is what will shake off the existing ruling power structure the worst. #Bitcoin is what they both fear
