Comcast has basically left me to take care of everything even when the problem seems to be with their equipment. @ATT @ATTCares get fiber to my house so I can make the switch @comcastcares

Comcast sent a tech to fix my issue instead, came and said they didn’t have time but they would reschedule, then marked the ticket as complete. Now Comcast tells me since the w/o is complete I have to make more time to have another tech tell me we need maintenance @comcastcares

Another tech came out tonight and reports the same thing as the last two, signal is too low at tap and causing issues in my home. Yet maintenance keeps denying their request to fix it @Comcast @comcastcares @comcastcares @xfinity . Hey @ATTCares @ATT can you guys get me service?
