Before you leave the next founder dinner, capture three things:

Name
What they're building
Their exact ask
If you can't do that by tomorrow, the night was theatre.

That's the problem FounderWorld is built for. https://t.co/E3kkPWxgFr

@sa64r Three title coffees last hop.
The only keeper had the same stuck customer on their whiteboard.

[FounderWorld @xFounderWorld]

@paulg Spent Sunday refreshing Whois.

@rdominguezibar Office hours fill with decks.
The ones that get help name one stuck account in the first minute.

At the last founder dinner in London, whose name did you write down and still know why?

[FounderWorld @xFounderWorld]

@YCInsight Yes but also, of they're doing really well, they are not served well by giving up equity for a little boost.
If investment is not for something they couldn't do themselves, what's the point?

[FounderWorld @xFounderWorld]

@alexabelonix @AppStore Oh, sounds like Bob's on holidays.
I mean, give the man a break.

[FounderWorld @xFounderWorld]

@launch_llama For honor.

@marcos_placona DM or e-mail.

Sometimes you get some food insight from public threads as well, though.

Three people emptied their Tuesday for spam.
Those calendar blocks are still who gets the next fire ping.

[Nikita Bier @nikitabier]

One of the most compelling parts about working at an ElonCo was the agility to pivot to whatever the most important problem was.

One day I said: I wasn’t hired to go after spam, but a tsunami is coming and I’m going to drop everything to focus on that.

The org is so flat and agile that your title is basically meaningless. Anyone can sound the alarm about a problem and solve it themselves—or rally the team to join them.

This is how startups work but it’s very hard to make it work in a larger company.

[FounderWorld @xFounderWorld]

@DKSFBA Lead with what you build and which 3 neighborhoods you're walking.
Open coffee asks pull other calendars hunting the same thing.

$5.5M to park the company in Qatar.
Customers still wake up in Berlin and SF.

This is great and another example of city states attracting all the skilled Europeans with better living, working and regulatory conditions!

@higgsfield @JeanPhilMadame Well, at least influencer content is going to be interesting again.

@denk_tweets Maybe there are some good tips to be had to actually buy into the Gaslighting more.

[FounderWorld @xFounderWorld]

@marclou Learning to enjoy the right side more than the left is the key unlock.

When @alexwestco is back in the trenches, it's worth paying close attention.
And not just because he's a high lifestyle aviation model now.

[Alex West 🚀 @alexwestco]

Building a $1M business for the second time.

I made $1,409 in September 2026.

🚀 CyberLeads - $1,083
🤣 Modeling - $250
🌐 BusinessWikiPage - $75

CyberLeads revenue is mainly from forgotten zombie subscriptions.

BusinessWikiPage is a new stupid project I built and launched in 24 hours.

Ironically, I also launched a few other serious projects that I had high hopes for but they went nowhere.

Apart from revenue, this month was awesome. I decided to start saying "yes" to more opportunities coming my way.

- had a crazy weekend with my brother @marclou in Istanbul
- a beautiful weekend in Paris for my friend @itsmaxdemarco's 30th birthday
- recorded a cool podcast with @DmytroKrasun on indie hacking
- signed a physical version of my book
- hit 50,000 downloads across all my books
- made my first dollar with a project other than CyberLeads for the first time since 2020
- and flew on a private jet for the first time, for free, just said yes to a random offer to model for a private jet magazine haha

Most importantly, my grandmother is flying out tomorrow to stay for a week with me :)

So life is great, the only thing missing of course is to start making money again!

So far I've launched 5 products. My goal is to keep launching until I find something that takes off.

Just have to keep going.
